I know someone who refused to adopt a cat from a rescue because they said they were sick of all the information that they wanted before they would let you have a cat.well I'm kind of glad they do that. Definitely had to provide a lot of information in order to adopt Larry from a private specialty pure bred cat rescue. they wanted my vet's name. they wanted to be able to call my vet.they wanted to know if I believed in declawing. they wanted to know all this stuff. and I'm fine with that.
