They had a Hall of Fame coach lolYou need coaching, which the Colts didn't have.
Oh, so when other teams cheat, it's no good...

That’s what happens when you have to play Brady and have Peyton Manning choking under the big lights. He was 9-10 in the playoffs

You’re going in circles. It was established in your own fucking post that they did win.Except Peyton/Dungy beat Brady under the bright lights as a colt...or do you not remember the 2006 AFCCG? Also, Peyton owned Brady in AFCCGs and was 3-1 against him. Besides, Dungy wasn't nearly as great a coach as Belichick and didn't resort to videotaping their opponents.

Everything about videotaping signals is just retard-talk.
You: Record wasnt even .500.
Me: Nope.
You: DID YOU FORGET 2006? ALSO SPYGATE.
You’re a fucking retard. Absolute low quality.
Dungy is a Hall of Fame coach. You said Indy’s coaching sucked. Are you saying Dungy was put into the Hall because he was black or….?
Brady owned Peyton. Are you just a bot recycling retarded Colt fan bullshit from 2005?
Regular season yes. Brady was 9-3 against him, but did not own Manning in the playoffs. Manning won 3 straight against Brady and the Pats (2006, 2013 and 2015) after 2004. Manning's playoff record against Brady was 3-2.Brady owned Peyton. Are you just a bot recycling retarded Colt fan bullshit from 2005?
Easily could have been 2-1 vs Forehead in the playoffs if it wasn't for my boy Caldwell and everybody but Gronk injured in 15 lolRegular season yes. I contend that bill polian never would have taken champ Bailey. they like to pick fungible and cheap defensive players for the most part.and rely on that fast scheme and expensive pass rushers.Always thought the trade of Marshall Faulk just to take Edgerin James was pointless in 1999. They created a need for no reason. Had they kept Faulk, Champ Bailey was there waiting to be picked by them.
Now that would've been interesting had that happened.
Pats were lucky to even be in the 2006 AFCCG (McCree fumbling) based on that being one of their weakest teams, but lots went wrong in that game. They couldn't defend a TE all year long and the loss of Rodney Harrison made things worse. Manning finally realized this and every TE they had on the roster were Mossing Pats defenders for the ball. I blame Caldwell for the drop, but he wasn't going to score. Tom takes a lot of blame on that play as the he uncharacteristically was day dreaming while the sideline frantically waved their hands to get his attention. Caldwell probably gets a first down and who knows after that. Who could forget the legendary "face guarding" penalty?Easily could have been 2-1 vs Forehead in the playoffs if it wasn't for my boy Caldwell and everybody but Gronk injured in 15 lol
Oh well no Ifs in football
Their philosophy was different before the Dungy days and they didn't have much talent on defense. Based on their needs and not picking players knowing how they turned out, I think Torry Holt, David Boston or Chris Claiborne could've been also been the picks at #5. I'm sticking with Bailey or a WR.I contend that bill polian never would have taken champ Bailey. they like to pick fungible and cheap defensive players for the most part.and rely on that fast scheme and expensive pass rushers.
His legacy is fading away, much like his hairlineWhat is most interesting to me is you never hear Peyton's name mentioned anymore. When the talk is great arms - you hear Marino still, when championships - Brady of course and then Montana and now Mahomes. It is kind of like Peyton and his legacy disappeared from the football landscape. The only QB who is more of a ghost than Peyton is Brees.
I think as we have gotten further out from his retirement and Brady went on to win 2 more chips after Peyton retired, the second being the most impressive with the Bucs when he was the reason the entire culture changed down there and he beat Brees, Rodgers, Mahomes enroute, it kind of solidifed the gap between them. I mean Peyton was only really relevant because he orbited Brady's historic, one of a kind career. He also never had a great arm so you can't even mention him with Marino, Favre, Elway, Rodgers, etc.His legacy is fading away, much like his hairline
What's funny is that Manning was always known as having the strong arm during his time, but I've been watching his early games and it's still nowhere to where Brady ended up by 2007.What is most interesting to me is you never hear Peyton's name mentioned anymore. Well Polian always seemed to have a bunch of contempt for defense. the reason Jim Mora got fired is because he wouldn't fire his defensive coordinator but he was a 100% right not to. you want to know that guy's name?Vic Fangio.Pats were lucky to even be in the 2006 AFCCG (McCree fumbling) based on that being one of their weakest teams, but lots went wrong in that game. Broncos had no business beating the Pats in 2015. This was arguably Matt Patricia's worst game as a DC. Everyone and their Mom knew Manning couldn't throw a ball past 10 yards, yet they gave him plenty of room early in the game to throw. I don't know what the hell Jamie Collins was doing on the first couple drives allowing big plays. Once they tighten up, Manning couldn't do shit, but they still had a 14 point cushion. Also, Bill not signing Emmanuel Sanders in 2014 came back to bite him in the ass as he Mossed up Butler several times for 3rd down conversations.
Pats were overmatched in 2013 and I don't think Gronk would've made much of a difference that day. It didn't help when Talib did his 2nd annual tap out of a big game.
