Better to lose your job than to let a kid suffer from what goes way beyond bullying.
Is it, though, in all cases and for all adults? Kids have been getting their asses beat since the beginning of time, and not every adult is going to be strong enough to stop things, or well off enough to afford to be unemployed in a world where such unemployment would effectively be a blackballing in the profession. I can tell you that, for some, this could lead to the real threat of loss of home.
This, unfortunately, is the position we've all been put in by the overreach of government and law, the insanity of school rules, and the rise of the Karens.

I completely understand how you feel. On the other hand, though, I could tell you stories about how bad it is in the schools, but you wouldn't believe a lot of them. So I'll just remind you of this one:

Ok ... Allow the teachers to fight back. Praise students for defending others. We're raising generations of meek pussies, and by default making bullies even stronger.
There is a HUUUUGEEEE difference between bullying, or making fun of someone, and two students beating on another who doesn't want to fight. There's also a difference between that and a school fight where both kids want to go at it. I can't think of a single time growing up that a kid took a beating from multiple others.. I also can't remember any fight in school that lasted longer than a few seconds if there were any amount of other students or teachers around. Now there was always bullying, picking on and that kind of stuff. The only time there would be an actual fight, was after school usually with the same kids who got it broken up earlier at lunch or whatever. I may have been in a couple of those.. and in those there was always a crowd, it was one on one, and it ended when it looked like someone had enough. NEVER this pussy bullshit of multiple kids beating on another. If I was that girls dad I'd be hard pressed not to wring those fucking teachers necks.
