JACKSON, Tenn. (WKRC) — A Tennessee man accused of raping an infant has been arrested years after his indictment, say police.
Isiah Hayes, 27, has been wanted on charges of aggravated child rape, conspiracy to commit aggravated child rape and especially aggravated solicitation of a minor since 2020, reports WMC. The victim was only 9 months old at the time of the crime.
Police in Jackson, Tennessee, announced Hayes had been arrested by the department's Major Crimes Unit and U.S. Marshals on Friday after being alerted by the Memphis Police Department that he had been traveling in Jackson for several days. Investigators tracked him to a housing complex where officers spotted him in a doorway.

These fucking people who bring their dogs everywhere should be shot to begin with.Let alone leaving them locked in a vehicle. It's disgusting. if they are so emotionally stunted that they cannot survive a trip to the store without having their dog with them, they've got big problems.
This did not become "a thing" until about ten years ago. This is about owners. i never saw a dog in a store or a restaurant until about ten years ago. they absolutely should not be going everywhere people go.![]()
Dogs are pack animals, and they want to go with you everywhere you go.

I don't ever remember seeing it anywhere when I was growing up, not just restaurants. This has been a thing since before anyone on this board was born. The relative absence of pets in restaurants was because of laws banning it having been passed. Once that loosened up with the emotional support pet loophole, more people started bringing them.
