Completely agree. you know you're getting a proven guy. He'll have a plan, he'll command respect. He gives the team a solid floor, you know this will be a well coached team. Vrabel has done pretty well hiring assistant coaches in the past as well.

I absolutely love mike vrabel.he's one of my favorite Patriots ever.and he's my kind of guy as a coach. that said I'm very disappointed in this as I wish they'd just clean freaking house. it's just annoying as fuck.
