I actually think this is a great move for the Cowboys. Right now they are the third best team in their own division. They are in rebuild mode. Paying Parsons on a team that is going nowhere makes little sense. To get two #1s and a player AND off load his massive salary is not only a bold move but a very smart move timing wise IMO.
