Oh bullshit. He's a 6th round pick with one good game against backups. You tell Leroy to practice hard and shut the fuck up. If he becomes a problem, you bury him at 3rd string and inactive each week. He'll learn humility real quickly. If not, you trade him to the worst situation possible for a conditional 7th.
Well, you can smack them down or bend over. If I got a real pick for him, I'm more inclined to bend. If I am getting the draft pick equivalent of 93 Ford Taurus, I'm smacking him

When is the last time this franchise made a trade where they gained better value? I honestly can’t remember. They used to win the exchange every time until they traded Chandler Jones for a second round pick.

They got rid of a problem. Did you think they were going to get a first round pick for a former 6th rounder who had one NFL game against a team trying to lose?
While I am not convinced he WOULD be a problem, he definitely won't have a chance to be one now. I don't think Maye is a guy who would be affected negatively by Joe's presence, but If the new coaches wanted to eliminate any chance.. combined with the player wanting to be shipped elsewhere for a better opportunity.. then I get it.
I still would have liked them to wait till camp and see if they could get a bit more. But I guess in that scenario you are looking at draft picks for next season. So again, I get it.
Good for joe Milton though! He'll get a change in Dallas either when Dak gets hurt or shits the bed again!
