He's not actually a Giants fan. He is a former Patriots fan who felt scorned that Brady left the team in 2020. He was firmly "Team Bill" after Brady's departure, and started a crusade against him. Over time, this somehow evolved into an anti-Patriots crusade as well. He pretended to be a Chiefs fan for a while, too.
All of this because he was triggered by a pro athlete making a business decision. This is the kind of loser we are dealing with.
