NFL Breaking News Patriots Hire Van Pelt for OC

Relevant Breaking News
He couldn't get anything out of the Browns' 200+ million dollar QB, and got his ass fired because of it. The only "something there", Christopher, is that he's worked with Wolf before.
Amazing huh. Some times a team make a change that was supposed to be the issue but the issue still remains

I'm a bit worried about this hire. The silver lining is he kept the Browns offense decent with all the injures they had. A shift to the west coast offense isn't a bad thing either.

Since BB was fired, there hasn't been a single Patriots move that I've found to be anything more than "meh", and most of them are moves I'd consider to be poor ones. Time will tell, but this is not looking good, IMO.

Wacha mean you're Mayo biggest fan

1977-2024.

But they can't make it work as well as it did with the best QB in NFL history, so it has to be junked.

Because morons and narrative followers.

Mostly I agree.
That said, there's a legitimate issue with kids coming out of school, and having no idea how to run the E-P. At least with the WCO (although we're getting the Kubiak version, not the new, shinier version), there's some frame of reference for them - and, theoretically, it will be easier for younger players to adjust to it.

Your larger point is correct though, that offense has won, what 10 Super Bowls, and scores of playoff games.
