Adam and Eve ate an apple, right?
We don't know. The Bible just says they ate fruit from the tree.

When did Paul and Luke come around? They were not part of the 12 original disciples of Jesus correct? Most people believe Paul wrote most of the New Testament. And he did write most of the books.
However, word for word, Luke wrote more of the New Testament than Paul (Gospel of Luke, Acts)

I googled it too for a quick summary. I'm jumping around in the Bible, I've read some of Acts. I'll dig into it deeper. I think I'll be able to attend a bible study next week at my Pastors house. I have that day off and can get there in time.Oh man, you really need to dig into the Book of Acts. Do it with a study guide or listening to TRUSTED commentary! It is the Gospel of Luke, Part2.
It begins with the ascension of Jesus to heaven then takes us thru the growth of the early church. My favorite book. Today anyway. Luke was actually a disciple of Paul (remember that disciple means student). Neither walked with Jesus but walked with those who did. Luke was a physician and apparently a copious note-taker/biographer.
Paul. Wow. So much to say. He was Saul, a Jewish Pharisee who was rounding up and KILLING early Christians! Then he had his moment with Jesus and became Paul. But you'll have to read Acts for the rest of the story.
