He just got destroyed in what might well be his last SB appearance. That can't feel good. I hope he bounces back quickly. He's been the second best TE of his era, and he'll be a HOF guy 5 years after he retires.

Yes but three guys who could've inched closer to GOAT status failed miserably tonight. Mahomes was terrible those 2 picks were atrocious, Kelce was nowhere to be seen and Reid couldn't adjust to the pressure.

Be fair and honest about it, and you'll actually feel better. Once you accept that the Chiefs run has been a product of other teams falling off, and not some greatness triumvirate, you'll feel better about the Lombardis they actually have won. Once you accept that Kelce has never been more than the second best TE of his time, that Reid is an excellent offensive HC, but not a top 5 all timer, and that Mahomes is a tremendous QB but not a top 5 all timer, and probably battling with the likes of Peyton Manning and company to be in the top 8-10, you'll be able to see that your team has actually overachieved.

Nah.... They've been able to buttress needs when they've happened (see a former Patriots player for an obvious example). The Eagles simply have the best OL and DL in the game, and Mahomes' ability to succeed against such a thing is less than his supporters like to claim.
