Food and Recipe's

I live in a county where Maple syrup is practically a religion so I get it.
As a Vermonter, I get it too. Ever try Maple Dogs?

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite hot dogs or sausages
  • 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of butter

Directions:

  • Start by poking some holes in your hot dogs or sausages. This will allow the maple syrup and soy sauce mixture to seep into the meat and infuse it with flavor.
  • In a pot or pan, mix together the butter, soy sauce, and maple syrup over medium heat. Stir until well combined.
  • Add the hot dogs or sausages to the pan and simmer until they are fully cooked or the sauce has caramelized slightly.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy the sweet and savory goodness of this maple syrup hot dog recipe.
