


I agree with the salt. I don't even have a salt shaker. I never use it.Only things I would change - much less salt (can't have the sodium), and I would cook the onions and mushrooms in separate pans, combining them when they onions start to get color (onions need the time, as do the mushrooms). cooking the chicken in the other pan.
But, damn it looks good. Probably good with shrimp, beef, or pork as well.
