Film, TV, Netflix, HBO, Etc. Thread

It looks like shit. Hopefully Gunn's movie is much better than his trailer. And, hopefully, his Lois and Clark are much better in the full movie than in that.
Oh, there’s a strong chance this could suck a fat cock. Those two have zero chemistry in the trailer and she looks like she could pass as a dyke that scratches her pussy in public. But I’m not watching this for the romance between Lois and Clark. I want to see a take on how the modern world views a figure like Superman and I want to see the modern Lex Luthor - a “defense” contractor who isn’t a squealing pipsqueak take on a tech bro. As someone who grew up before the internet, I read a lot of the graphic novels. This looks to be the closest thing to those and the comics that I’ve seen.

My boy Cavill was peak Superman tho.

I loved Cavill as Superman and liked the dark take on it. I wouldn’t mind seeing a more traditional take on the character, though, with modern filmmaking.

Speaking of which do you like the Twilights Batman?

I think he did a good job. Thought he was gonna bomb

I rewatched The Patriot the other night.. first time I've watch the whole thing through in a looooong time. Such a great movie, I know it's not historically accurate but it's still great.

I tried watching Guardians of the Galaxy 3 last night... made through 10-15 minutes and turned it off.. Nubula looking like a bull-dyke with no tits who put on 30 pounds, the slow-ass start, bad sound mix, zero humor... just bad. Maybe i'll give it another shot down the road but IDK

I get the feeling that the amount of alcohol it will take to make this movie bearable would also render the viewer unconscious.
Thankfully it's on Netflix instead of being at the movies. My friend can't talk me into going to see it.
