You’re basically guaranteed to lose the game if he starts. Get the good draft pick and develop him as a back-up would be my thinking. He’s not a starter in the league, and I seriously doubt he ever will be. I also thought Stroud would be ass, though, so who knows?

True enough. At this point, start whoever gives you the best shot at losing. McCarthy seems like a quitter. This is the second time there’s been questions about his so-called “injury” coming off a game where he played like shit.
