NFL GameDay Thanksgiving Week Other Games - GDT

GameDay Discussion
Chargers move to 8-4 with a 30-14 win, and go 2 games up on the Chiefs. But, looking at their schedule, it's entirely possible that this is the last Chargers win of the season:

Dallas maybe. That’s about it. They don’t match up well with any of those fronts other than the Cowboys.

I think the Chiefs could conceivably lose this weekend against a desperate Texans team. After that, they could back door their way into the postseason since their only remaining difficult game is against Denver (at home). 3 of their last 5 are at Arrowhead.

Texans are playing much better lately, and that defense gives them a chance every week.

We need the Deadskins to pull of the seemingly impossible tonight. If they can somehow get the run game going and force Nix into a key turnover or two, that could be enough.

They’re one of those teams I could see making a run out of the Wild Card round. They remind me of a lesser version of the 2010 Packers. While the homers at the last place were jizzing their pants over the 14-2 start we had, I said Green Bay was my dark horse pick to win the Super Bowl after they took the Pats to the limit at home, without Rodgers. Houston has a suffocating defense. They just need Stroud to stay healthy.

Leslie Wexner. Signed over his POA to Epstein.
I was just coming back here to delete that because wexner's name came into my head. You'd think I would know better because I knew he was behind a lot of the funding of ohio state and had the wexner center, and everything else. He might have even been behind funding polaris. plus I worked for 1 of his companies besides attending ohio state for 2 years.

The Seahawks shutout of the Vikings has gone final.

Vikings need to sit McCarthy for the rest of the season; they're going nowhere but on vacation when the regular season ends either way.

I’d start him every game to get the best pick possible. The decision to draft him there was mind-boggling. I have no clue how the Vikings saw him struggle to put up 100 yards/week in college and thought he was the answer.

I think the Commandos can give them a game for about 3 quarters...
Maybe, just because Nix is piss poor. Going to be hard for them against that defense without Daniels.

At the very least, we should've gone to the SB against them that year... Had we won in 2006 & '07 then I wouldn't have minded as badly if we had lost to them... In fact, if there were indeed a just & merciful God, the Pats & Packers should've played in at least Four SBs against each other by now

Our secondary was garbage and we had no pass rush. Inexcusable inaction by BB that offseason even though we had a really good draft. That was a team that lived off the turnover and died quickly when they couldn’t get one. That would have been a fun Super Bowl, though. I think we take the L all the same, but still a good game.

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert might’ve finished his team’s win over the Las Vegas Raiders after suffering an injury, but there’s no guarantee the superstar won’t miss time soon.

After the win over the Raiders, Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh revealed that Herbert needs to undergo a “medical procedure” after suffering a broken bone in his left hand, according to ESPN’s Kris Rhim.
Harbaugh being Harbaugh, the veteran head coach wouldn't get further into specifics.

And that includes whether Herbert needs to miss time...

Depends on how they feel about the kid's prospects going forward. If you like him, you play him. If you're already done with him, you sit his ass.
