We've been hearing this for the last two weeks. CLE had the #1 ranked defense overall, and ATL had the #1 ranked pass defense. BUF has the #2 ranked pass defense (which just destroyed Mahomes) and Maye carved them up. Maye has been the best QB in the league against the blitz.
Tampa's defense will be mercilessly abused.

Drake Maye saying what any great leader would.
However, the discourse around his sack total has been embarrassing, especially when a large portion of these sacks result in 1-2 yard losses when he's trying to make a play (which most of the time is successful.)
Sacks do not affect elite QBs like they do lesser QBs.

i dont much care about it, just think its cool that Maye is being highly considered as a top contender for it which means our draft pick at #3 for him was amazing, and really lucky
short of an andrew luck type of injury, he should be our franchise QB for the next 10-20 years
and Tampa has lots of injuries on offensive side of ball
dont think Godwin will be playing and they lost Evans for the year to a nasty injury
so Buccs arent going to be able to put as much offensive pressure on us as they did early in season

We still have more weapons to unleash on both sides of the ball.
