I agree in getting him some easy touches to build the confidence. On the sync issues, I think it's such a small sample size that each can be evaluated on it's own.. On recent targets one was clearly a bad/late throw/read by Maye, and earlier in the year there was one I remember that seemed like a clear, wrong decision by KW.
Yeah... I'm not going to hunt all the plays down (someone else can do it if they want to argue with Zolak), and I'm definitely not saying that Maye's been in the right on 100% of the throws, but Zo has talked about times when Williams broke the wrong way, when Williams stopped/slowed on a route, etc... That's why my thought is to take away the thinking for a pass or two (WR screen could be another way, for example), to see if just making a couple of easy connestions can get things rolling.
McDaniels and Vrabel obviously see what's happening more than we do, but this seems obvious from the outside looking in.
