Bad officiating or not, we blew a 21-point lead at the end of the day. That’s not a good sign. We badly need Milton Williams back.
We're better on the road anyway.Mahomes going down will mean no #1 seed for us. That's a guaranteed win for Denver now. It's unfortunate we will have to play an extra game, but hopefully we have better injury luck for the rest of the season. We can beat anyone anywhere as long as there are no key injuries.

While it sucks to lose this game, it's not the end of the world. Allen has proven he can put up points in a hurry, and when he gets hot he's tough to stop. If they don't get bailed out by the refs on a couple plays it could've ended differently. But that's the breaks. Pats are still 11-3 and in good position to win the division still.
While I understand your concerns and they are valid, the patriots had shitty losses late in the season to shitty teams( not a good experience team like buffalo), even in championship years. i.e. 04 @ the miami dolphins. That's still one of the worst losses I ever remember them having late in the year when they were a good team.Actually, the 04 patriots were the best patriots team there ever was in my opinion.good teams don't let that happen in mid december
not sure what to be alarmed with more,
I am definitely concerned about that.I think i've mentioned it somewhere here. Though in fairness to him, I think the wind was blowing side to side today.Add "Drake Maye has been struggling in these wintery games" to the list of things to be concerned about
When Mack Hollins is your leading receiver, that's a big problem. He was not brought in for that. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Diggs isn't the same player and the Pats are going to cut him loose in 2026 before they are on the hook for $26.5M cap hit. They'll take the $20M in cap savings against a $5M dead cap and apply it elsewhere. Diggs was worth the risk, but he's knee isn't going to get younger.
I know not fair to do this but it is a concernits a terrible sign
"the real season starts after Thanksgiving"
and we just blew a 21 point lead at home in a game that decides the division and will be a key factor in playoff seeding.. and did it in embarrassing fashion
not sure what to be alarmed with more, the fact that our defense got absolutely fucking shredded non-stop the entire 2nd half... or the fact that our offense, outside of 1 awesome run by Henderson, couldn't move the ball to save their life
buffalo's defense is not good... and we couldn't do anything against it the entire 2nd half, when we needed it most.. even with 4 downs to do it on final drive
good teams don't let that happen in mid december
When the defense is shitting the bed, your franchise QB should be able to keep up specially at home with a 21 pt lead...I put this on the offense just as much as the defenseDefense was softer than the Bills today. Their DL has been soft since Williams left. Barmore has been a big disappointment this season. I don't see any push in the pocket from that guy. Special teams sucked. Offense relied too much on the run and wouldn't answer the Bills scoring consecutive TD's aside from the late Henderson run. Bills outscored the Pats 28-7 in the 2nd half. Allen made the plays with his arm when he needed to while Maye was a compete no show.

Blowing a 21 pt lead falls on everyone
