The -2.5 is the inverse. It's 2.5 points above the opposing team's score. So if a team is -2.5 and they win by 2, that bet loses. If they win by 3, they win.

Eagles (+2.5) means the bet wins if the Eagles win the game or lose by LESS than 2.5 points.
Pats (-2.5) means the bet wins only if the Patriots win by MORE than 2.5 points.
In the regular season, the Patriots will be + every game as the Underdog. They will be (+8.5) vs Bengals. That means they just have to lose by less than 8.5 points to win.
Over/Under is just the total points scored in the game.
