my guess is that most people who watch espn aren't interested in that era. i started watching late 70s as a kid so i am.

I think a channel devoted to old football would do well. Let the kids see how REAL football was played.

I watch some old games from the 70’s & 80’s on YouTube. They have full games on there. A lot of things are different. Players didn’t butt fuck each other in celebration after making a basic first down or a good tackle. DB’s were allowed to actually play football. No jersey swaps after the game. The players just pretty much headed to the locker room. A lot has changed.
