At the end of the 2024 season, the show experimented with the idea of commercials, something that infuriated football fans. This led to host Scott Hanson
having to apologize for stating at the beginning of the show that it would be commercial-free. Unfortunately, though, advertisements will remain. The news was confirmed by Hanson while appearing Wednesday on “The Pat McAfee Show.”
