I'll say this about Mike McCarthy, he knows how to run an offense, they have always been good when his starter didn't get injured. I don't think he's a great HC/game manager though.

I'd say he's kind of like the wade phillips of offense.He's a good head coach, but not great.But he's very good at his side of the ball.
