6 pt win for Michigan at a 6.5 spread
awfully sus

I went money line and made back a little of what I'd lost on those two previous bets, so I'm happy enough with that. Congrats to those who went with the spread, tough since that'll be a nicer chunk of change...

The 2026 Masters tournament has had its fair share of controversies in the past few days. Tiger Woods’ absence caused a major impact on fans who looked forward to seeing him return to the course this week.

Additionally, an explosive report about Rory McIlroy’s marriage saw the light of day over the weekend. Augusta National is ready to host the best stars in the world, but not everybody seems ready to comply with the rules.

A major champion was reportedly ejected from the grounds earlier this week.

The Masters Ejects Former Major Champion Over Strict Rule

Adam Schupak of Golfweek reported on Wednesday that Mark Calcavecchia, the 1989 British Open champion, attended the event this week. However, authorities removed him from the club for being on his phone. That is a strict rule at the club.

“When the 13-time PGA Tour winner was reached by phone and asked to explain what led to his dismissal, he didn’t offer any details, but he also didn’t deny that it happened,” they reported.

The 65-year-old didn’t deny the reports.

“I’ve got nothing negative to say about Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters, so I think we should literally hang up right now,” he said.

The best golfers in the world will compete for the coveted green jacket. Rory McIlroy will defend the title as a first-time Masters champion.
