I like to watch it. so here's a place we can post about it if anyone wants to. i'll start with this photo to see if anyone can guess who it is(from past Combines)

actually,one of my favorite drills is the db hip turn drill. even an amatuer like me can see the fluidity.
(semi)seriously though...on good morning foorball,they showed when chris jones literally did his 40 balls-out. i had forgotten about that...🤣
 
a dl named muhammed kamara (not sure if related to alvin) just ran a 4.58 on his first 40 👀
 
mhj blew off an 8:20 am combine speaking engagement and c williams is refusing to do the medicals at the combine,only for each team IF he accepts a visit.
ok....now i'm really wanting these guys to just be disinvited and let people who will do some stuff be invited instead. i don't gaf about "oh this is the new generation" shit. enough is enough. basic respect for the process is a must if you accept the invite.

the money in college sports now is giving them even bigger egos before they hit the pros

i guess one silver lining is that its easier to spot the character flaws of some of the top prospects now
 
Seems like the “top” players are now calling the shots & I don’t like it at all. Pro sports job interviews are apparently very different from the real world.

They'll learn soon enough that the NFL is a little different lol
The MHJ interview thing was worse than the Williams thing. This is your career now treat it as a profession

Given some of the things that have been asked in those interviews, I'd skip them too, were I a kid in the position to do so. And there's no way in hell I'd be giving all those teams access to my medical files.

it's fine if you don't want to do this or that. then don't go to the Combine if all you are interested in doing is personal visits. no biggie. my issue is not doing stuff and taking up a spot that could go to someone who would. this is for teams to gather info.

can tell who the lawyer is :D

i guess theres something to be said for the top X prospects.. everyone kind of already has them pegged in those top picks, so their combine could potentially hurt them if they have a bad day, or pull something, etc

still dont like the entitlement before they even hit the NFL tho

Nothing in Williams' medical files can help him move higher than #1. Penix' knee shots can only hurt his status. And so on....


Rare is the player who benefits from releasing his medical information.
 
Chase Daniels per the host of nflta has had conversations with people in indy who have been around caleb williams. daniels said on nflta yesterday that people were expecting him to be better on the board than he was.

i have him on my undraftable player list

although i admit thats extreme, id still use a 2nd rounder on him but i wouldnt use any first rounder on him, even the 32nd pick
