A big part of it is going to be the stability and situation with ownership, the amount of control offered, FO situation and input, long term promises and pay as well. The Bears have been a revolving door, the Jags are the Jags with Khan, the Raiders are interesting because of Tom Brady's supposed influence. And then the Pats, I know we rip the Krafts but it's been stable and a long term successful run just now facing major adversity.

It's going to be interesting. I like that it's being reported the Pats will take their time to hire the next guy. It's a year late but i'm in on that approach. Better a year late then never.

That's a Dick move but I think the worst one is draft day when people pretend to be some coach calling the prospect. I would like to put those people in jail honestly.
