Belichick agrees to become Head Coach of UNC

I do think Belichick was a great coach, but IF he’s THAT overrated from having Brady, and he secured GM status because of it, which he sucked at, you start wondering if Brady would have won twelve rings with like a Bruce Arians or Andy Reid and a proper General Manager. I still have no idea how Tom got that 2011 season Patriots team to the Super Bowl. Absolutely talent starved.

What a shit team. Probably not even playoff bound with most Quarterbacks.

What a dumb take. The 2011 team had no talent? They were literally the number 3 scoring offense and 2nd in yards that season. Welker and Gronk both at 1200 yards+ and had a total of 26 TDs. Additionally, Aaron Hernandez had 910 yards and 7 TDs. And you had a great offensive line.

And once again, your QB, who had his team scoring 33 PPG during the regular season, failed to get even 20 vs the Giants when it mattered the most. The Super Bowl loss to NYG was on HIM.

Brady won with Arians, a complete clown and Brady was 43. There is no doubt with an offensive minded coach like Reid or Shanny and an adequate GM, he doubles his ring total.

Biggest dumba$$ fanbase in all of professional sports - "Brady would have 14 rings if it weren't for Belichick!" The guy can't beat Eli with an undefeated season on the line but some how he should have won 14 titles.

Shouldn't you be on a Giants board blowing smoke up Russell's tushy?

Yeah and their pass defense couldn’t stop a junior varsity backup QB.

As a Belichick-hater from 2020-retirement, I’m surprised to see the hate for him now.

On the other hand, it’s probably more just in Boston media looking to throw out spicey hot-takes to be edgy.

I mean, the memes are funny, but there’s definitely people rooting for his outright failure everywhere and it seems a little harsh. I was pissed too but I got over it.

I am.

They STILL should've won the fucking SB, Obviously.

Every day it becomes more and more apparent how much Belichick held this franchise back. Would have had at least 15 Super Bowls with even a moderately competent coach/GM.

At least we finally have a good one now.

No not fucking 15.

10.

With only competent coaching, sure. With competent coaching and a competent GM, it would have been quite a bit more than 10.

2005, 2006, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 all could have easily been Super Bowl winning seasons with either better coaching, a better GM, or a combination of the two.

Go ahead and disprove them. You'll just come back with "it's all over the internet. look it up. I don't have time to educate you"...which tells me you can't.

So? He's not the first to do so. You specifically said in your dumb post above the following retarded statement:

Ah, so I’ve hit close to the mark. You’re getting upset. It was the “dad” comment, wasn’t it? And, of course, in that following statement, I was talking about titles. Of which he has 7.

Which is nonsense. Only the playoffs matter and Brady was a loser vs the Giants, Broncos, and Ed Reed/Ray Lewis led Ravens in the postseason. And there are plenty of QBs who own his a$$ in the playoffs as well like Peyton, Eli, Foles, Plummer, Tannehill, Flacco, etc.

He also beat all of them. Peyton several times. 7 titles, my guy. None of those other teams have that many. Six with the Patriots, the greatest dynasty the NFL has ever seen.

Good for him! He finally got to 4 super bowls without Ernie Adams' help. He's now tied with Montana and Bradshaw in 4 legit titles.

7 legit titles, last I checked. Meanwhile, you’re seething on the Internet, probably behind on your bills, and you quite clearly have a learning disability, daddy issues, and a weight problem. All that is to say, I doubt there are many people who give a flying fuck about what you think. Now record a video of you throwing a football. We need a laugh, and God knows your posts aren’t cutting it.

And in 23 years...only 3 regular season MVPs. lol.

7 titles, though.

Now you are backtracking...before it was "Patriots didn't have talent in 2011!" No, the Patriots had talent on offense. What they didn't have was a QB that could stare down the Giants.

Not sure what you are getting at. That comment was in response to something Beers wrote.

And he wasn't the first to do so. And we know why he got 6 with the Patriots. None of those other teams had a sophisticated cheating system in place like the Pats did.

Nope. Try again. BTW, the Pats aren't even close to having the most titles in NFL history. The Packers and Giants have more. They are flagship franchises that have been around for 100 years.

7 titles, though.

For a so-called GOAT he should have 7 regular season MVPs. Even MJ had more and played fewer years. Even Lebron had more.

Since I was brought into the conversation, I may as well respond.

Many years ago, I had a nigger baby with a black woman. Although she was very attractive for a black woman, she was a black woman nevertheless. As any rational man would do, I abandoned her and our nigger baby, because who the hell would want to be surrounded by these shit skins on a daily basis? This nigger baby's name? @giantsownbrady. That's right. He is my son. Unfortunately, he did not seem to inherit either of our genes. Instead, he grew up to be a morbidly obese gargoyle whose hands are constantly buried deep into buckets of fried chicken. For some bizarre reason, he still holds a grudge against me for my very reasonable decision shortly after he was born.

So does he have daddy issues? Absolutely he does. It's probably why he now hates daddy's team with such a passion.

Although I was fully justified in my actions, I still take full responsibility for my son. I apologize to anyone who this elephant looking bastard has annoyed with his autism.

See what I mean. Kids these days will hold a grudge over the smallest things, and will do the silliest things to rebel against their parents. I abandon my son one time many years ago, and when I randomly come across him on this fine forum, I find out that my son is now my daughter and that he has downgraded from a 6x SB champion to a 4x SB champion.
