You’re not wrong pointing out the durability concerns, but that’s true for most RBs in today’s NFL. Gibson and Henderson both have clear flaws, but they also bring value when used in the right role.

Gibson isn’t a true 3-down workhorse, but as a rotational back who can catch out of the backfield, he’s still dangerous.

Henderson might not have RB1 vision, but he’s got burst and can move the chains in a committee.

And yeah, the FA market is dry — there’s rarely a midseason savior sitting at home.
