I would never ever ever pull over for anyone on the highway in that situation because that type of thing is usually the way people carjack you etc. I would pull off at the next exit & contact the police and tell them I had video of it and go from there.
Amazing how cautious you get as you get older for the most part. when I was in college I would pull over at random rest stops and take a nap in the middle of the night if I felt tired and I thought I was being smart because I was not driving when I was sleepy.
