BB seemed to keep about 45 "special teams only" players every year. Without those, there are more slots available for other positions, though I'd view Baker as "ST only" for roster purposes right now. Also, there are a couple of positions where the numbers are very light and will almost certainly be looked at, in terms of waiver claims and trade possibilities.
