The problem is that many who claim to hear the voice of God are really hearing the voice of the devil. Satan speaks and opens doors to us. Trap doors.

Only the truly strong in faith can be trusted to "hear" God, and even then, discernment is a must.

“There will be many false prophets who will lead many astray.” That’s why you should put much less stock in the religious views of political pundits and more stock in their track record. For religious pundits and churches, put more stock in how close they are to Christ’s teachings and less stock in their political positions. So, for example, if you have a church that wants to celebrate pride month? Run far away. They’re corrupted but political positions and their preaching will be similarly corrupted.

Charlie Kirk, Fuentes, Candace, et al would all qualify as potential false prophets.

Dude I can't even imagine how misty i'll get during season 6. That show produced more tears from me than anything else I've ever watched. I've never watched The Passion of the Christ.. I should rent it this weekend.

I've heard that is good too. Mel is incredibly based, and a good Christian. He was on Rogan recently and talks a lot about this stuff, and how gross hollywood is, and how they basically banished him.

I saw it in a theater when it came out. I was shaking leaving the theater and shaking driving home. No exaggeration.

The Chosen won't likely show the true extent of the agony and torture Jesus bore. I think Passion probably came close.

I haven't watched the movie since, and I doubt I ever will. Once was enough.

I don't know, from what I've heard the Chosen tried to depict it realistically. The cast said it was it was incredibly hard and emotional. I suppose once I watch The Passion I'll have something to compare it to when it comes out. I've seen a couple of short trailer clips and it looks brutal.

I think it's important to understand the brutality of it, and the suffering Jesus went through for us. We cannot possibly fathom what that felt like for him.

I fully agree with that premise. I have the movie forever etched in my memory. Don't feel I need the visual reminder ever again. But...I am glad Mel made the movie so people can experience it. People SHOULD experience it.
