Pats got away with a lot for 20 years. Not only did they cheat to win half their super bowls, but they got all the calls in their favor. And when they lose their fanbase whined.

Given the number of plays that cost the Patriots either extra SBs or chances at extra SBs, and the near dead silence about them in the national media and among non-Patriots fans, it's pretty clear that such is not the case. Now, if you're talking about just favorable calls, you have a better case, but the problem there is that the calls people bring up about the Chiefs were not even close to being remotely debatable. We're talking "Dead parrot sketch" levels of falsity.

And the fact that the 3 referees got fired should tell you that this is not the hill for you to die on.

There's a reason there's parody video's of the refs like the one above where he's blocking the opposition. Pats weren't getting blatant calls in their favor. The closest to it was teams were complaining the Pats weren't fully set before snapping the ball when they would rush to the line and hike the ball on short yardage situations. They got away with a few of those. However, teams were reaching as they probably weren't going to win the game anyways.

The fact that the patriots cheated for 7 years and got away with it should not lead you to be complaining about NFL favoritism...
