The stats and accolades through Mahomes' first seven years say otherwise.
Besides, Mahomes didn't need spygate to win his first three super bowls. Brady did. Brady is singularly the most overrated QB in NFL history. If you can't beat Eli to go 19-0 or beat Foles to get a 3 peat, then you are by definition overrated.

Shady Brady won in a much more difficult time period, won with the rule changes and prevented Mahomo from getting two rings. If Mahomo can't beat the most overrated QB by your book in his 40s then Mahomo is even more overrated. We are going by your logic here.
Shady Brady is and was the best QB I've ever seen. He shredded us for 500 yards in a Superbowl! Lucky that Big Dick Foles was locked the fuck in that game.

He's 4-3 in Super Bowls without his team/coach cheating to help him read defenses. It took him 15 years to win his first title without Spygate. Those are the facts. And the majority of people in this country also voted for Joe Biden in 2020. It means nothing.

The cheating take is weak. I'd go with your Brady hate agenda without the cheating take. Anything to boost my guy up, but you don't need to bring up Spygate it is way overblown. Mahomes will come back with a vengeance this season.

Not when you take into account that, during their super bowl seasons, the Pats were filming at least 1-2 teams they would later face in the playoffs (that same year).
On Mahomes, he'll bounce back and have a monster year. They are going to go out and try to win one for Trav in his last season in the NFL.

Although it was his first season, I'd put Super Bowl 32 as his worst. Had the Rams offense played played like they did when they tied the game, they would've ran Tom out of the building. Mike Martz was a stubborn coach and admitted he was going to run their offense no matter what. It was too late when he switched it up and went no huddle which NE couldn't stop. This was why Ernie Adams told BB to go for the win as he felt they were going to lose in overtime.
46 was a team collapse. They had them on the ropes up 17-9, but the offense took their foot off the gas. Bill O'Brien pulled a Kyle Shanahan going against what was working late in the game. It didn't help that the defense was awful and allowed almost a 2:1 ratio in time of possession.
42 was a disappointment even with Tom's high ankle sprain. They got outcoached and outplayed in all phases. Eli and the Giants offense/special teams tried numerous times to give the game away with INT's and fumbles, but the Pats didn't want it. And if Bill elected to kick and make the field goal on the dumb 4th and 13 attempt, it's a different game. The Pats final drive drains more clock and forces the Giants to use all their timeouts.

Depends how the Oline does. We also have a brutal stretch of games. Pat will lead us though and he will bounce back.
