Anyone here ever freeze shishito peppers? If so, how were they when you thawed/used them?

They'll thaw out fine, but will be much softer. If you're planning on roasted whole peppers, then go fresh. In sauces and the like, frozen is ok.

Thanks very much. I'm processing the last of my season's peppers harvest, and I've never frozen Shishitos before. Since they'll go in a stir fry, I figured they'd be fine, but I wanted more info if possible.

Both, obviously. You'll find that calling both runs and passes, in varied combination, is standard approach, and max effectiveness, even in today's pass happy NFL.

But 4 sacks and 6 pressures in 20 pass attempts by Maye, so let's just ignore that reality and do nothing but throw!
