There's nothing wrong with a hug. There's something wrong with the hand clasping. And you're also talking about things happening in groups. I don't see anyone else around in any of those pictures. Were they in the hot tub together with other people around i might agree with you.
It's the difference between videotaping signals that everybody in a stadium can see, including you vs. taping a practice that no one is supposed to see but the team practicing. public behavior versus private behavior.
I am not saying any of those photos definitively prove that they were screwing around but the fact that neither spouse was present on that trip is also suspicious.

What you don't see in the photo where they are holding hands is that she is standing on one foot and Mike is testing her balance by pushing her hands gently, but also making sure she doesn't fall if her balance happens to be subpar.
The guy is just always in coach mode. Can't blame him for that.

Nothing wrong with the pool lounging. Nothing wrong with the hand grasp (That's not a problem hand hold. That pic is more of a "let me look at you. Have you lost weight?" look and, again, is something we see a lot in this country). Nothing wrong with a poolside hug. Nothing wrong with the daytime public hot tub.
The roof hug would need explaining.

Interlocking both fingers though? On the private roof top of your hotel? I'm assuming divorces are incoming.
Happens all the time, and it's almost never a romantic gesture.
This is where the problem lies. They really need a picture (preferably several pictures) of the friends that were allegedly there.
