this incident report actually helps Diggs IMO

seems sketchy at best.. a woman who was already having a dispute with Diggs over money goes to police station 3 weeks after this alleged incident occurred, gives vague details, no photos or evidence whatsoever and says she doesn't want to press charges

then later as Diggs bonus incentives start hitting, she changes her mind and files criminal charges


this is going nowhere and will be tossed.. smells like a money shakedown to me, "just give me $500,000 and we'll drop the charges" type bullshit

She demanded to get paid for a week he told her in advance that he didn't need her because he was having house guests. And was butthurt he wouldn't pay for her flight. Demanded the terms in which he pay her weekly vs monthly.. yeah bitch is looking for a payday
