We really have a cream puff schedule this year. Belichick, Brady and Gronk would 17-0 it all day long.
13/14 of those games look very winnable. 3/4 of them are probably losses. If we can get 9/10 of those 13/14 and 1 of those 3/4, might be looking okay.
I’m really hoping we get a few breaks in close games, and play well enough to challenge an overrated Bills team for the Division. They’re good but a team that hasn’t dominated playoff runs is obviously beatable. Splitting with them, splitting with Miami, and sweeping the Jets would be nice.
Faith more in Vrabel than Maye right now. Hope that’s the opposite by November.
I thank my lord & master, Ganja Satan, for FINALLY giving the nepo-tards in our front orifice the clarity to get rid of the fucking Slap to our faces that was lil' Jerry Pharma from Sit-Com U. I mean, just look at this un-fucking-qualified motherfucker's background... You fucking shitting me?!?
While it's the Patriots who are favored, here's something to think about:
Raiders last 4 seasons:
10-7
6-11
8-9
4-13
Patriots last 4 seasons:
10-7
8-9
4-13
4-13
Raiders biggest problems last season were coach and QB, and they've significantly upgraded at both positions. Patriots biggest problems were pretty much everything, and many of them remain inadequately addressed (though they've definitely upgraded the coaching staff). Realistically, the Patriots are being favored because of the Vrabel/Maye hype, while the Raiders are probaby the more talented team overall (at least until Maye shows out to some fair degree), and the Patriots best player (Gonzalez) isn't even going to be playing.
I'm picking the Patriots to win, because I think that McDaniels will scheme things up well enough that Maye will have success against that terrible Raiders secondary, but the Raiders should be favored in this game.
