meh. i like how he handled their recent struggles in the media better than I liked how bowles did. Bowles went after the players in the media, baker took all the blame on himself. I doubt he's dividing the locker room. I'm pretty sure he's a hard worker also. Don't forget brady's last season in tampa was a losing one.
