Brandon Aiyuk has been ready to speed out of San Francisco for some time now. He recently showed just how fast he wants to leave.
Aiyuk’s time with the
San Francisco 49ers looks to be over at the end of the 2025 season. The 49ers moved him to the reserve/left team list a week ago. Aiyuk hasn’t spoken publicly about the situation and has been absent from the team facilities for months.
He did, however, drive by Levi’s Stadium at a speed well over the limit. The wide receiver posted a review of his new car on his YouTube account.
Aiyuk sped beyond 90 mph through the intersections next to Levi’s Stadium. Earlier in his video, he exceeded 100 mph on a freeway near the stadium.
Now, Aiyuk might’ve gotten himself in trouble.

49ers receiver Brandon Aiyuk was driving 104 mph in a 40 mph zone in a recent video. His behavior came days after coach
Kyle Shanahan told reporters that Aiyuk has been “extremely distant.” Now the police are expected to be really close to him.
A spokesperson for the Santa Clara Police Department
spoke to TMZ Sports. They stated they are “aware” of his speeding clips posted online.
“At this point, the video is being reviewed, and further details can be provided when available.”
It is unclear if Aiyuk will face any repercussions.
Brandon Aiyuk has been named in many trade targets for multiple teams in recent months. It has become clear that he has played his final game for the 49ers.
Aiyuk had a breakout 2023 campaign with the 49ers on their run to
Super Bowl 58. He signed a four-year, $120 million contract extension during the 2024 offseason. The wideout was supposed to be part of their future. Now, he will be part of their past.
He tore ACL, MCL, and meniscus in Week 7 of the 2024
NFL season. Aiyuk hasn’t suited up for the team since.
