2. Starr

Yeah..... This isn't a Peyton thing where some were arguing him as the G.O.A.T. when he's the 9th best of all time, tops. In terms of ranking at the top, that's a significant overrating. Being ranked above one guy you arguably should be below, or even two guys like that, is just a minor range variance/error.
