NFL General News

None of those defenses are any where near the great defenses of the 80s/90s teams - 85 Bears, 86 GIants, 91 Eagles, etc. That period was prison rules.

2015 Broncos were one of the all time greats and Brady got destroyed by them.
I wouldnt call losing by a 2 pt conversion destroyed lol

You can lol all you want, but the Broncos defensive line destroyed Brady. He was sacked 4 times. Brady had a 56 QBR. ANd the only reason it was close was because Gronk got a way with OPI when he CLEARLY pushed off the back of the Broncos defender on his late touchdown in order to get elevation.

If Denver had any semblance of an offense that year, they would have hung 40+ points on you.

Most overrated team and defense in the last 25 years.

Then Brady should have beaten them. The 2014 Seahawks were overrated and are not nearly the same as the 2013 version.

Brady didn't have a single super bowl blowout during his career in NE. He just strung together mainly 3-4 point wins. Even Hurts' performance in last year's SB was better than anything Brady ever did in the SB.

Lol its the Superbowl you rarely get blowouts nowadays

You are right, Tom and the Pats should've beaten that Broncos team. The injuries don't excuse them when they favored and most picked them to win the game.

I agree about the Seahawks as well.

Brady had a blowout win too though lol
But it is rare specially nowadays

not as a Patriot though. He went to a team that was absolutely loaded from 2-53. In fact that Bucs team was the best team he's ever played on. It took him, what, 20 years to get a blowout super bowl? 👏

They weren't favored to win any of their playoff games besides the Washington one. Lol revisionist history they weren't a super team

there's actually no superteam nowadays with the salary cap

I believe Tom joked about that during this Super Bowl and may have taken a jab at NE by saying he never had blowouts besides Tampa.

I've asked this question before on the forum we all came from as to why the Pats struggled in every Super Bowl. Aside from 2001, the Pats have had a really hard time when the playoffs roll around. They faced a lot of inferior teams, but seem to have played to their level. In terms of the Super Bowl, Pats should've handled Carolina and both Giants teams. For whatever reason, the Giants were in the Pats heads.

It was Tom Coughlin and Spags.

I can see it happening. We need to stay healthy and we have a good chance. Can't wait for September

You have a good shot. It'll come down to whether Hurts turns into an elite QB or whether he becomes the next Russell Wilson. In the NFC East overall, I think Washington has the best future. They have the best QB and they just have to build around him for the next several years. Parsons is going to be a Commander at some point - he loved playing for Dan Quinn. And Nabers is itching to be with his boy Jayden.

All you do is come here and fucking lie.

That Bucs team was a wildcard team, the fucking #5 seed. Show me a single media video on YouTube prior to the playoffs where anyone was calling the Bucs a “super team.”
The internet was full of Brady memes saying “If you liked the Bucs at 7-9 wait until you see them at 8-8” leading up to the season.

If you can just say whatever the fuck you want we all might as well do the same. The 2007 Giants were a super team. You bought your ring that year. Best pass rush of all time.

Oh’, look, now every thread is fucking gay.

Brady effect came alive on that team after their bye-week. Tampa players started witnessing Brady greatness and comeback ability from the front row, started to believe, and started to dial fucking in.

When you discredit the Bucs run with Brady year #1, when he lead them through three league MVPs, on the road, on teams literally FAVORED against him, then rewrite the history books to call it a “super team,” you demonstrate exactly why your Spygate allegations are slanderous trash.

You’re just a damaged, traumatized fag-boy with major hatorade problems that speak to a mental derangement so loudly I now wouldn’t be surprised to find out you’re the guy with five days of stubble on his face in a fucking sundress posting this shit from a bus.

Burrow will Never be a champion as long as he & his HC despise the running game as much as they do.
Or defense. Or… spending money. He’s going to be this generation’s Marino if he can’t figure out a way to get out of Cincy.

He just doing a little trolling lol
To you point the 21 Bucs were the. better team imo they should've gone back to back
AB decided to go retard and Godwin injury was a killer

I have no fucking sympathy for Burrow. I'm sure his two WRs were re-signed at his very insistence.

He helped make this fucking bed; now he can go lie in it, and continue to be a Loser.

I'm talking about their roster, which underformed the entire 2020 season. This same team was tied for the best record in 2021. It's littered with talent.

I love how fake Pats fans love to downplay the Bucs roster in order to prop Brady up.

Burrow is not now, and has never been, the problem in the land of the Bungles. The problem is the cheap ownership. That was the problem before Burrow got there, and that's the problem now.

Even now, the team is sitting on $31,932,299 in cap space (7th most in the NFL), while it plays pinch-a-penny with its best pass rusher.
