He's been torched for TD's plenty, he's a good corner but get way overrated by the NY media.

At the time they were drafted, the press reported that Houston fucked-up by taking Derek Stingley ahead of Gardner; maybe the Texans didn't fuck up quite as badly as first ass-umed...

"This fixation the media has… with constantly putting a camera in front of me, broadcasting me to millions of people, and then having the audacity to ask me questions... It's honestly one of the most grotesque aspects of modern culture," Aaron Rodgers said during his weekly appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, one of ESPN’s most watched digital properties, streamed live to a global audience across Disney owned platforms.
"It’s this coordinated ritual," Rodgers continued, seated alone in front of a professional-grade camera setup and sipping from a branded mug with his initials on it. "They bait you into these little word traps. You think you're just having a conversation... but no. They’ve got angles. They clip, they crop, they tweet. They take the words you said and act like that's your opinion. Suddenly what you said in passing while quoting Jordan Peterson becomes a 'statement on politics' or whatever narrative they’re pushing that week."
The screen cut to McAfee, nodding solemnly in a tank top designed to look like the American flag.
"Yeah man... the mainstream media is a damn joke," said McAfee, a former NFL punter now employed by the largest sports media conglomerate on earth. "They’ll take your honest thoughts, things you said in good faith on a casual Tuesday broadcast simulcast across every ESPN channel and affiliated podcast feed, and they’ll just twist 'em and publish those words verbatim in an attempt to get you."
Rodgers sighed deeply. "Right. And it’s not like I want this attention. I just think people deserve to hear my truth, uninterrupted, in the exact way I mean it... Via multi-camera setup, every Tuesday."
"You’re doing it for yourself," McAfee said. "I've always known that."
"Exactly." Rodgers nodded. "The masses who are smart enough to see through the lies. Who tune in, live, on YouTube, cable, satellite, and the ESPN app... not to be entertained, but to be awakened."
The segment ended with a graphic promoting Aaron Rodgers Tuesdays segmented, presented by White Claw and DraftKings.
