And that's the rub, because it becomes our problem in the form of tax dollars and higher medical insurance premiums to support these people with their lack of self control. At least auto insurance sometimes rewards you if you don't have accidents and doesn't raise your premiums as much, etc. and life insurance is usually based on certain health metrics, like how much you weigh, and if you smoke etc. but not medical insurance. all the fat fucks and people who don't take care of themselves screw it up for everybody who does.
