Great Moments in Pro Wrestling

Just heard that the long-time voice of Mid-Atlantic Wrestling, Bob Caudle, passed-away at the ripe old age of 95. That territory from the decade of the early/mid-1970s to the early/mid-1980s, together with the Georgia & Florida ones, produced the Finest work that the business has Ever known. Ever.

Terry Funk should've been a World Champion almost as often or for as long as Ric Flair & especially Harley Race were, he was that good.

Agreed. But he didn't want it. He did not enjoy the travel required of the NWA champ. Same with Jack Brisco. He couldn't wait to hand the belt over to the next guy.

Harley loved the life as traveling champ. As did Flair.
