In my opinion, one of the very best tag-teams of the entire 1970s... The OP should've also mentioned that just a few months after losing to Calhoun & Garea, they re-captured the belts from them before losing to Garea & Dean Ho a few months after that... They also became champs for a 3rd & final time in the WWWF (at least for the good Professor) in September 1977 before losing nearly 6 months later to Dominic the Donkey DeNucci & Dino the Montreal Gangsta Bravo... AND, while I was at NAS Memphis TN, they captured the AWA Southern belts in May 1979 from Bill Dundee & Robert Fuller before losing to Dundee & Jerry Lawler one month later. Good times, good times...
