huh?

was a player involved?

it seems like 1 team got absolutely hosed in this trade, but its hard to figure out exactly what the trade is with that graphic

Did the texans give up their 2024 1st rounder for the vikings 2024 & 2025 2nd round pick?

that is an awful, awful trade for texans

i guess vikings have serious questions at QB, so the 2nd rounder next year could be high up in the round

but seems to me like the Texans got hosed in this deal.. they lose the 23rd pick which is a pretty juicy spot (we got guys like Solder, Wilfork, Mankings, McCourty, Chandler Jones, Hightower, etc all in that range) with the 5th year option.. and in return, they move back almost 20 spots in this years draft, and pick up a questionable 2nd rounder next year?

seems too rich... i guess texans are playing the percentages game.. late 1st rounders have roughly the same success rate as 2nd rounders... but damn, id be a little peeved if i was a Texans fan.. they have a solid team and that 23rd pick would help get another potential blue chipper

Texans are pretty set at QB, WR and OT, so they probably feel they can move down and still get players to help them in other spots. The big thing to me is this gives the Vikings the ammo to move up further if they want one of the top 3 QB's.

Yea Texans could be a scary team for many years... lots of real young, blue chippers on that team with an elite QB on rookie deal

They double dipped in round 1 last year in a big way.

And this was only a 19 spot move back from #23 to #42 in exchange for a 2025 2nd that could be in the same range...plus a bump from 7th to 6th.

Good trade for Houston, IMO.

Not sure what the Vikings are doing...but they need to wait for the Bears/Fields domino to fall first, IMO. Right now, I have the Vikings as the worst team in the NFC North.

The Bears will have an offense of Caleb Williams with D.J. Moore, Keenan Allen, Swift, Ronson Johnson, Cole Kmet, and Gerald Everett. The Lions were pretty good last year...maybe a top 5 team. The Packers made the playoffs and might have something in Jordan Love....and they signed Josh Jacobs.

Agreed. The Bears won a bunch of games down the stretch last year, they have a pretty good team and the D really got better, they get a real QB they are set. Pack and Lions are obviously both really good teams.

lmao if the Patriots try to spin DJ Chark. My Lavishka Shenault prognostication coming true.
At least Chark is a tall, fast outside WR.. I know he's not great, but at least he has those traits.

I forgot about Peoples-Jones, I'd add him, he's good size, fast as hell, and young.

There is a segment of Patsfans that would jizz their pants for Braxton Berrios.

Berrios, Chark, Shenault - PROBLEM SOLVED.

As long as JuJu is here, everything will be fine. Why spend money gambling on high end talent when you can trot the Schusmeister out there?

Honestly all hate aside, Berrios isn't that bad, he's a returner too.. we just already have a better version of him in Pop. If we're adding slot depth I'd way prefer Boyd or Renfrow.

Mike Gieseki had more catches than Braxton Berrios last year. On a team with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
