and they do unannutral things to your body
at least with all the encounters that have been documented

We don't know for sure.

Some believe one and the same. Some believe fallen angels (angels who rebelled against God) are demons, but there are other types of demons in Satan's realm.

Either way, they are real. And I'm convinced any "alien" life is demonic.
