I tried to make it 3.5/1 odds. It only allows whole numbers. This means we need odds to the nearest +100. This is going to limit things a lot.
We can round it up or down not too worried
Eh. Something that is +140 really should not be +100 or +200. That's way off. I gotta think about this. There is a way. I may just simplify the game.
