Pour one out for a real one this evening, fellas. Use this thread to track the case.

He remained overseas and did not return to South Florida despite the arraignment, though Brown continued to be active on social media and had even posted on his Instagram story shortly after news broke of his capture by authorities, promoting a sports betting brand.

The alleged incident occurred in May outside a celebrity boxing match in Miami, with Brown claiming at the time that he had been jumped in an attempted robbery.
Police detained Brown following the incident, and he was eventually released.

Online video of the chaos showed Brown had appeared to engage in a scrap with several men, and another clip showed the moments when gunfire could be heard.

Bystanders in the parking lot told authorities that Brown was the shooter, according to the warrant, and Miami Police detectives later obtained video of Brown allegedly punching the victim and later taking the gun of a security officer before moving toward the victim.

He might actually be able to beat that in Florida unless he gets some social justice warrior as a judge in Miami. Especially if there’s proof that he actually was getting jumped. Hopefully he just fired defensive shots.

If the article quote is accurate, and we don't have a D.C. jury situation, Brown's going to be spending a long time at the Ironbar Hotel.

In Florida, though, if he’s getting jumped and he fires defensive shots before fleeing, he’s acquitted. Is that correct? Or do I misinterpret that law?

Oh yeah. He’s fucked. The NYP is harder to read on an iPhone because they bombarde you with ads. He probably shouldn’t have broadcasted to the world that he was in Dubai.
