It doesn’t have to wear horns to be demonic; it just has to replace Christ with something else. A counterfeit gospel, a counterfeit morality, a counterfeit peace, a counterfeit unity. The devil doesn’t need to destroy religion, he only needs to redirect it.
And when the restraining hand is removed, the man of sin won’t just influence culture, he’ll demand worship. That’s why this isn’t a political curiosity, it’s a spiritual collision. The Antichrist won’t be rejected because he’s too wicked; he’ll be received because he’s “reasonable.” He will offer a kingdom without repentance, a peace without righteousness, and a salvation without a Savior. Most men will take that deal gladly.
So the safest thing you can do right now is not to guess names, dates, or headlines. The safest thing you can do is get anchored in the real Christ and the real Book. If you’re saved, stay awake and stay clean. If you’re not saved, don’t wait for the world to get clearer, because it won’t. The closer the end gets, the more deception will look like help.
